7-day free trial
UNRAVEL includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you owe nothing.
No refunds after billing
Once your trial ends and you are charged the monthly subscription of $29.99, that payment is non-refundable. This applies to every subsequent renewal as well.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile tab in the app. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email
support@theunravel.app and we will review your case individually.
