Refund Policy

14-day, no questions asked

If you're not happy with your The Roxer purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@theroxer.app from the address you used at checkout, and include your order/receipt ID. We'll process the refund within a few business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, access to the tier you purchased will be revoked on your device(s) within a few minutes. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 14-day window

After 14 days we generally cannot offer a refund. If something is broken, the product isn't accessible, or you believe you were charged in error, please email support@theroxer.app — we look at every case individually.

The Roxer is an independent training app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owners. References to HYROX in our content describe the race you are training for, not a relationship with the brand.
