1. About UNRAVEL
UNRAVEL is a subscription-based lifestyle training app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscription and billing
UNRAVEL is $29.99 USD per month, billed automatically at the start of each period. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged and the subscription will renew each month until canceled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Profile tab. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription ends and you will not be charged again.
4. No refunds
Subscription payments are
non-refundable. See our
Refund Policy for details.
5. Grandfathered access
Users who previously purchased The Roxer (a prior name) keep permanent free access at no charge on their existing device.
6. Not medical advice
UNRAVEL provides fitness content based on the founder's personal experience. It is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
7. Content and licensing
All content in UNRAVEL is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the plans, workouts, or copy.
8. Payments processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of UNRAVEL after changes means you accept them.
11. Not affiliated with HYROX
UNRAVEL is an independent training app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its respective owners. References to HYROX describe the race you are training for, not a relationship with the brand.
